Job Title: Program Leader – Workday Advisory (Sr. Manager / AVP Equivalent)

Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai (Bangalore for exceptional candidates)

Experience: 6–10 Years of Workday Experience

Employment Type: Individual Contributor (IC)

Compensation: Up to ₹48 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with HR COEs, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
- Act as a trusted Workday advisor, recommending scalable and best-practice solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs for HRIT and technical teams.
- Drive requirement workshops, solution discussions, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support solution governance, testing strategy, UAT planning, and deployment readiness.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and improve Workday adoption.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across India, US, and Philippines teams.

Required Skills





- 6–10 years of Workday experience with strong functional consulting exposure.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
- Robust understanding of Workday HCM and related modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Reporting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Pro Certifications (HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.).
- Experience in Workday consulting, advisory, HRIS, or HR technology transformation roles.
- Exposure to global Workday implementations and enterprise-scale HR transformation programs.
