Role & responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines for precision component manufacturing.

- Program Wire EDM machines to ensure accurate and high-quality machining.

- Independently perform machine setup, programming, and production operations.

- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of Wire EDM machines.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.

- Operate and maintain Spark Erosion (EDM Sinking/Sparking) machines when required.

- Work effectively on custom and non-standard components.





Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Wire EDM Programmer & Operator.

- Strong knowledge of Wire EDM machine programming and operation.

- Experience with EDM Sparking (Sinker EDM) machine operation.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Valuable organizational and time management abilities.

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
