We are hiring a highly skilled Windows & Intune L3 Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows administration, endpoint security, automation, and up-to-date workplace technologies.

Job Title: Windows & Intune L3 Engineer Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 10 Years Shift: 24/7 Key Responsibilities - Manage and administer Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.

- Configure and support MDM & MAM policies across Windows and mobile devices.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Support Windows 10/11 desktop environments and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage VPN and remote access technologies.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Support Cloud VDI environments and Thin Client platforms (IGEL preferred).
- Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting and resolution for complex incidents.




- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to enhance user experience.
