Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled O365 / Windows 365 Cloud PC Specialist with 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint and cloud desktop management. The role involves implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 365 Cloud PCs integrated with Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant endpoint services.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment o Architect and implement a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment tailored to organizational needs.

o Stand up and configure a new Intune tenant, integrated with Windows 365 for unified management.

o Define and configure provisioning policies for Cloud PCs, including SKUs, sizing, and user role assignments.

o Deploy and configure networking, security, and identity integrations (Azure AD, conditional access, endpoint protection).

Policy & Compliance Management o Develop and assign Intune device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.

o Assign and provision Cloud PCs for users and groups, ensuring lifecycle management via Intune.

o Implement continuous monitoring for Cloud PC health, performance, and compliance.

Ongoing Support & Operations o Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues in the Windows 365 environment (enrollment,



management, imaging).

o Support Hypercare operations post-deployment, including incident resolution and escalations.

o Transition ownership and management of Intune Endpoint/Cloud PC platform to current providers, internal recipients, or designated staff.

o Generate operational and compliance reports, proactively identifying and addressing issues.

o Coordinate policy refreshes, updates, and application deployment cycles for Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with O365 / Windows 365 Cloud PC administration.

Strong expertise in Windows 365 Cloud PC environment setup and Intune tenant integration.

Experience with Azure AD, conditional access, endpoint protection, and compliance enforcement.

Proven track record in Cloud PC provisioning, lifecycle management, and application deployment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 escalations in Cloud PC / Intune environments.

Strong documentation, reporting, and knowledge transition skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-700, or related O365/Endpoint certifications).

Experience with large-scale Windows 365 rollouts and Hypercare support.

Familiarity with Zero Trust and up-to-date endpoint security frameworks.
