We sell through our website, our app, Myntra, and Nykaa. This is one of the most critical hires in our next phase of growth.

About the role
You will own revenue from everything except paid ads. The website, the app storefront, retention channels, and organic. Your scoreboard: repeat purchase rate, email/WhatsApp/push revenue, conversion rate, and non-paid sales. You'll work directly with the founders and act as the single owner of the customer's on-site and post-purchase experience.

What you will own
Website merchandising: Decide what the customer sees. Homepage, banners, collection ordering, product placement, and campaign landing pages. Spot what's underperforming and fix it fast.
Retention marketing: Own the email, WhatsApp, and app push calendar end to end. Segments, automated flows, campaigns, win-backs,



and big brand moments like sale events and launches.
Conversion rate: Find and fix leaks in the funnel. Work with our checkout, app, and tech partners on broken journeys, site issues, and speed.
Organic growth: Coordinate SEO and content work on the store, collection page content, and landing pages.
Sale events: Plan and execute EOSS, festive sales, and new drops on the website and app side.

What we're looking for
3 to 6 years in D2C ecommerce, fashion or lifestyle preferred
You have owned a retention or CRM revenue number before, on tools like Kwikengage, WebEngage similar
Robust hands-on Shopify skills, you can manage collections, banners, and apps yourself
Analytical. You live in GA4, Shopify analytics, and cohort data, and you act on what you see
High ownership. You treat the website like your own store
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
