Data Analyst & Planner – Job Summary

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst & Planner to analyze business, sales, inventory, customer, marketing, and ecommerce data to support strategic decision-making and business growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, forecasting, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze sales, revenue, inventory, customer behavior, product performance, and marketing data.
Forecast inventory requirements and recommend replenishment strategies.
Evaluate promotions, discounts, and business performance.
Consolidate data from multiple sources, including Shopify and other business systems.
Ensure data accuracy, automate reporting processes, and identify business improvement opportunities.




Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, Inventory Planning, Retail Analytics, or a similar role.
Experience in the Ecommerce, Luxury Retail, or Jewelry industry.
Solid expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Power Automate, Python, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude), and forecasting experience.
