Overall Experience

16–20 years of experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare Equipment Sales with extensive expertise in business development, sales leadership, strategic account management, and driving sustainable business growth. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading regional or national sales operations and consistently delivering revenue and profitability targets.

Mandatory Experience

Extensive experience in sales of Ultrasound Medical Equipment and/or Non-MIB Medical Equipment. ( Critical Care, OT & X Ray )
Strong understanding of the Ultrasound product portfolio, including General Imaging, Women's Health, Cardiology (Echo), Point-of-Care (POCUS), and other specialty applications.
Proven experience in selling capital medical equipment such as Critical Care Equipment, OT Solutions, Patient Monitoring Systems, Radiology Equipment,



or other healthcare technology products.
Demonstrated success in managing large healthcare institutions, corporate hospital chains, diagnostic networks, government healthcare organizations, and institutional customers.
Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, hospital promoters, clinical leaders, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.
Solid experience in business development, strategic account management, territory expansion, and channel management.
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding annual business plans (AOP), revenue targets, and market share objectives.
Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
Experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Applications, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
