Overall Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare Equipment Sales with a robust track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Mandatory Experience
Experience in sales of Critical Care Equipment, Hospital Infrastructure (OT Solutions), Medical Equipment, or Healthcare Technology products.
Proven experience in handling hospital customers, including:
Doctors and Clinical Stakeholders
Purchase & Procurement Teams
Hospital Management and Decision Makers
Strong exposure to business development, key account management, and territory management.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Radiology Equipment sales will be an added advantage.
Experience in managing large healthcare institutions, corporate hospitals, and government accounts.
Knowledge of hospital project sales and tender business.
