Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with solid expertise in SQL development, data visualization, and dashboard optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and enhancing Tableau dashboards and reports while working with large datasets. Experience in the Finance/BFSI domain is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting needs.
Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.




Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sources.
Provide recommendations for improving dashboard performance and reporting efficiency.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Tableau development.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Advanced SQL development skills.
Expertise in dashboard design, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
