We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Executive – Social Media & Influencer Activation with 2+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands evolving social media trends, and has hands-on experience executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and viral content formats to recommend cutting-edge content ideas.
Collaborate with internal teams, designers,



and external partners to develop impactful social media campaigns.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, campaign tracking, and timely delivery.
Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, including collaboration history, performance, and commercial details.
Monitor influencer content, campaign performance, and ROI, preparing post-campaign reports with recommendations for future activations.
Stay informed about emerging creators, industry trends, and competitor influencer activities.
