Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Client Servicing to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a digital marketing agency, possess a strong understanding of social media strategy, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience working with hospitality brands will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Manage end-to-end client servicing, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements, and translate them into actionable briefs.
Collaborate closely with the Creative, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Contribute to social media strategy by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives.
Lead client meetings, present ideas, gather feedback, and ensure seamless implementation of revisions.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
Prepare presentations, campaign reports, performance updates, and meeting notes.
