Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Alappuzha. This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining program structures, fees, and career outcomes. The Admissions Officer manages application documentation, coordinates entrance or eligibility checks as needed,



and maintains accurate records in the admissions system. Day-to-day activities include handling walk-in and phone-based inquiries, following up with leads, supporting online and offline admission campaigns, and collaborating with academic and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, meeting admission targets, and representing the academy professionally during events, seminars, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to effectively counsel and support prospective learners.
