Role Overview
The HR – Training & Development Executive will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and conducting employee training programs, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring continuous skill development across the organization. This role plays a key part in improving productivity, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Identify training needs across different departments.
Develop onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Design and conduct training sessions on sales, customer service, communication, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Coordinate external trainers whenever required.
Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning resources.




Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Performance Management
Track employee KPIs and performance metrics.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with department managers.
Identify performance gaps and prepare improvement plans.
Monitor employee productivity and training progress.
Maintain individual learning and performance records.
Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs for employees.
Employee Development
Create career development and growth plans.
Mentor employees on professional development.
Recommend promotions, rewards, or additional coaching based on performance.
Organize learning initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
HR Support
Work closely with department heads to improve team productivity.
Ensure employees complete mandatory training programs.
Maintain HRMIS records related to training and performance.
