We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BIM Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows, working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and coordinated design solutions. He/She should have the ability to manage project with respect to Project Health tracking, RFI’s, QA/QC protocols, other documentations as per company requirements.

Responsibilities
• QA/QC for all discipline Revit Models for modelling accuracy and appropriate technicality
• BIM coordination of Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
• Create and maintain federated models using Autodesk Navisworks.
• Perform clash detection, generate reports,



and track issue resolution.
• Manage Revit models, shared coordinates, and linked models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, issue logs, and model audits.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Support and mentor junior BIM modelers.
