We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant (SME) with strong functional expertise in Workday Learning to lead solution design, configuration, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement Workday Learning (Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content & Certifications)
Gather client requirements, conduct workshops, and design functional solutions
Manage learning workflows, compliance training, testing, and deployment
Drive learning analytics, certification management, and mentor junior consultants

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of Workday HCM & Workday Learning experience
Workday Learning Certification (Mandatory)
Robust functional expertise in Learning Management, Content Management & Compliance Training
Experience in client-facing consulting and end-to-end implementations
