About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with clients, the sales team, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Analyze business needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs),



user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with the Sales and Technical teams to prepare proposals, solution documents, effort estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Participate in client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Perform competitor analysis and market research to support business development initiatives.
Post-Sales
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and QA teams.
Support project planning, sprint grooming, backlog management, and requirement prioritization.
Validate delivered features through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business expectations.
Manage change requests, scope enhancements, and requirement documentation.
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve
