Role Description The Marketing Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support leasing, brand awareness, and resident engagement for Ridgeview Estates. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, defining target audiences, and creating marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing timelines and budgets,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
