General Hospital Consumables: Syringes, needles, IV sets, catheters, infusion products, surgical gloves, and related hospital-use consumables.
Wound Care & Dressing Materials: Gauze, cotton, bandages, tapes, dressings, surgical sutures, and wound management products.
Surgical Disposables: Face masks, surgical caps, gowns, shoe covers, drapes, and OT consumables.
Infection Control Products: Sanitizers, disinfectants, surface cleaning consumables, and hygiene solutions.
Laboratory Consumables: Test tubes, pipettes, swabs, vacutainers, microscope slides, and diagnostic lab consumables.
MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) Products: Trocars, laparoscopic instruments, staplers, energy devices, suction-irrigation systems, endoscopic consumables, and related minimally invasive surgical products.
Critical & Routine Care Disposables: Daily-use medical disposables utilized across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and emergency care settings.





Role Purpose

The General Manager – Consumables & Disposables (C&D;) will be responsible for driving the overall business growth, sales strategy, profitability, and market expansion for the consumables vertical across assigned regions or PAN India operations. The role requires strong leadership in sales, channel management, key account handling, and business development within the healthcare consumables segment.

The incumbent will play a critical role in scaling revenue, strengthening customer relationships, improving market penetration, and building a high-performance sales organization.
