Role Description The Hostel Warden at Indus International School Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Warden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintaining discipline, ensuring safety and security, and monitoring the well-being of learners. Daily tasks include supervising hostel routines, managing attendance and room allocations, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance needs, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.



The Warden supports learners by addressing their concerns, guiding them in personal conduct, organizing and monitoring study and recreation time, and liaising with school staff and parents as needed. The role also involves enforcing hostel policies, handling emergencies promptly, and maintaining accurate records related to hostel activities.
Qualifications
Strong supervision and leadership abilities, with experience managing residential facilities or student hostels.
