Role Description
We're looking for an Office Transaction Advisory Associate to join our team in Gurugram.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to identify office space, conduct market research, coordinate property visits, prepare commercial proposals, and support negotiations through to transaction closure.
You'll collaborate with landlords, developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders while gaining hands-on exposure to office leasing, investments,



and workplace strategy.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Business Development, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Solid commercial mindset with an interest in office leasing and transaction advisory.
Experience in the Gurugram/NCR office market is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Architecture, or a related discipline.
