Responsibilitie
sLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews across key functions
.Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, optimize investments, and drive sustainable business growth
.Own financial performance reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations with actionable recommendations
.Build robust financial models to evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, investments, and commercial opportunities




.Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining strong financial governance and controls
.Lead ROI analysis, scenario planning, and support strategic decision-making through financial insights
.Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership to align financial objectives with business priorities
.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and financial planning
.Act as the strategic finance partner to business leadership, driving commercial and operational decision-making through data-backed financial insights

Qualificatio
nsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandator
y.MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute will be an added advantag
e.5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Financ
e.Robust experience in B2B finance, preferably within high-growth startups or technology-led businesse
