Role Description The Regional Tele Sales Officer is a full time, in office role based in Sanganer. This position is responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound telecalling, promoting bank products and services, and converting leads into successful accounts or loans. Daily activities include contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits,



addressing queries, and recording interactions in the bank’s systems. The role involves meeting assigned sales targets, following script and compliance guidelines, coordinating with branch and regional teams for smooth customer onboarding, and maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism on calls. The officer will also provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven tele sales or call center experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or consumer sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and handle objections effectively.
Basic knowledge of banking products (accounts, loans, cards, deposits) and an understanding of sales and customer service principles.
Comfort with using telecalling tools, CRM or lead management systems, and main
