About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from a reputed business school specializing in Human Resources who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you understand the recruitment lifecycle and succeed in the role.
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM from a reputed Business School.
Specialization in Human Resources (HR).
Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Structured on-the-job training will be provided on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tools.
You will receive mentorship from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to support your learning and development.
