Job Responsibilities:-
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and proactively recommend communication strategies that drive brand visibility and relevance.
Drive new business for the agency by identifying opportunities, generating leads and contributing to compelling pitch proposals.
Develop and execute integrated PR and communication strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections across media, influencers, creators and key industry stakeholders, particularly within consumer, lifestyle and business publications.
Build strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers and thought leaders to enhance brand visibility.
Identify and secure meaningful editorial, feature, trend, collaboration and event opportunities for clients across relevant lifestyle and consumer media.
Lead the planning and execution of media events, press conferences, launches, brand experiences and influencer engagements.




Demonstrate robust ideation skills to develop creative campaigns and media strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Research, write, proofread and oversee the distribution of press releases, media pitches and client communication.
Liaise with clients and the media on a daily basis, ensuring timely communication and effective relationship management.
Lead, mentor and motivate internal teams while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Prepare regular client reports, campaign evaluations and participate in strategic client meetings.
Provide counsel and support during crisis communication situations.
Manage multiple projects effectively while consistently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Public Relations and Communications.
