Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of our UPS, Solar Inverter, Battery Charger, and related power electronics solutions across the assigned geographic territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building solid customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring consistent and profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated territory.
Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, dealers, distributors, EPCs, system integrators, and institutional/industrial accounts.
Manage sales activities for major/key accounts,



including commercial negotiations and relationship management.
Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate UPS, Solar Inverter, Battery Charger, and energy solutions.
Provide customers with relevant product, technical, and application-related information.
Generate enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, follow up on opportunities, and effectively close sales.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and discounts in consultation with the Business Manager.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of leads and enquiries.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
