Role Description This is a temporary, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Docdril™. The specialist will identify, qualify, and nurture leads for Docdril’s content, design, and automation services through outbound and inbound sales activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and virtual meetings,



presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create and refine campaigns, sales materials, and outreach strategies tailored to creative and tech-focused clients. The specialist will manage client communication, provide timely follow-ups, gather feedback, and support the onboarding of current clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction in a remote environment.
Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or agency/creative-tech settings.
