About The Role

We're looking for an Intern to support our merchant acquisition and account management workflow. You'll work closely with our sales team to help manage the lead pipeline, support product demos, and assist with merchant onboarding, giving you hands-on exposure to B2B payments sales from lead to signed agreement.

What You'll Do

Pipeline management: Track and update inbound leads in our CRM, keep stage movements and notes current, and flag leads that need follow-up
Demo support: Help prepare demo materials, coordinate scheduling with prospective merchants, and log outcomes after each call
Onboarding assistance: Support recent merchants through onboarding, collecting required documentation, tracking placeholder fields (business ID, registered address, eligible websites), and ensuring commercial agreements are complete
Pricing & proposals: Help adapt pricing templates for prospective merchants, including researching competitor fee structures to inform positioning
Merchant support: Assist with first-line responses to merchant queries on disputes, chargebacks,



and account questions, escalating complex cases appropriately
Outreach: Support cold outreach campaigns (research, list-building, drafting) targeting relevant merchant segments
Reporting: Help pull and organize basic performance metrics (demo completion rates, pipeline stage breakdowns) for team reviews

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
Strong written communication skills, comfortable drafting emails and merchant-facing messages
Detail-oriented; comfortable working in a CRM and keeping records accurate and current
Curious about fintech/payments; interest in understanding how B2B sales cycles work end-to-end
Comfortable with spreadsheets (basic formulas, data comparison)
Prior internship or coursework in sales, BD, or customer support is a plus but not required
