Job Description
At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and cutting-edge crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, we are looking for a Russian language expert with an accounting background to join our Invoice to Pay (I2P) team. This role requires strong Russian language proficiency to manage invoice processing, vendor communications,



and financial document validation for Russia operations. You will serve as the Russian-language point of contact, ensuring accurate interpretation and processing of accounting documents in Russian and English.
Accountabilities:
Invoice & Payment Processing: Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and Travel & Expense claims in Russian and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Document Verification & Compliance: Review, translate, and validate Russian-language accounting documents, tax invoices, and statutory records to ensure compliance with Russian regulations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary Russian-language contact for vendor queries, exception resolution, and coordination with Russia-based stakeholders.
Month-End Support & Audit Readiness: Assist with closing activities, reconciliations, and audit documentation requiring Russian language inte
