Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage visibility and search campaigns across leading E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, BigBasket, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing marketplace performance marketing campaigns within the FMCG industry. While experience in Quick Commerce is preferred, candidates with relevant E-commerce marketplace experience are equally welcome. We are looking for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, takes ownership, and ensures flawless execution through proactive coordination and relentless follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize visibility, search, and sponsored advertising campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, placements,
and visibility to maximize sales and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve traffic, conversions, and overall marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, marketplace account managers, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Drive campaign execution through continuous follow-ups and ensure deliverables are completed within committed timelines.
• Track visibility metrics, keyword rankings, share of search, and campaign effectiveness, taking corrective actions wherever required.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present key insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, and emerging best practices.
