Role Description The Senior Sales Manager at Trezix will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals with enterprise customers. This full time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility to work from home.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a pipeline, forecasting revenue, and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, respond to RFPs, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving sales processes to accelerate growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, enterprise account management, and consultative selling within technology or SaaS environments.
Experience in pipeline development, lead qualification, and CRM-based opportunity management to drive predictable revenue.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder communication abilities, including engaging C-level and senior leadership.
