Job Role:
The role is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function and help organization hire top talent in a timely, effective, and cost-effective manner. He/ she is responsible for talent attraction & sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, compliance and hiring standards, fluency in employer branding and corporate hiring initiatives. He/ she is expected to understand organizations growth plans, work in partnership with HR team members & business leaders to grow talent pipeline across the business.
The incumbent should possess hands-on expertise in LinkedIn platform, Recruiter (or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and leading recruitment platforms to proactively source, engage, and hire quality talent across multiple functions and geographies.

Job Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment Management
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition approval to candidate onboarding.




• Lead sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, talent communities, and recruitment partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively for talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, advanced Boolean searches, InMail campaigns, pipeline management, and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
• Ensure quality screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and selection processes.
• Monitor and improve recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and overall hiring effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Conduct regular recruitment review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
