Role Summary:




We are looking for a Qualitative Research Analyst to join our Index and Policy team within the Analytics Division. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in qualitative and policy/market research, with a strong foundation in designing and conducting primary qualitative research and translating findings into transparent, actionable narratives. The role also requires the ability to work alongside quantitative analysts to integrate qualitative insights into broader research frameworks, and to prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research, including literature reviews, policy reviews, market assessments, competitor analysis, and data synthesis.
Design and execute market research studies, including survey-based research, consumer perception studies, segmentation analysis, brand tracking, and behavioural research.
