We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and creating a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, quick-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and research potential customers across e-commerce, D2C, retail, and related industries.
Build target account lists using LinkedIn, databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
Execute structured outbound campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
Generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Cold Calling & Outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce products and solutions to prospective customers.
Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to increase engagement.
Consistently achieve daily and weekly outreach and activity targets.
Handle objections professionally and maintain productive conversations.
Lead Qualification
Understand customer business challenges, technology landscape, and operational requirements.
Qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), business needs, and buying intent.
Conduct discovery calls to assess opportunity potential and urgency.
Maintain accurate qualification notes for smooth sales handoff.
Pipeline Management
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Update and maintain customer interactions, lead status, and opportunity details in the CRM.
Ensure seamless transition of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Monitor pipeline progress and follow up with prospects as required.
