Position Overview
As the Pilot Success Lead, you own the pilot end-to-end and drive it to success. When a company agrees to a proof-of-concept with Ratch, you take it from kickoff to conversion-readiness — and the Account Executive closes the commercials.
At the heart of the role is the hiring-manager context interview: the consultative conversation, frequently with senior leaders and C-suite decision-makers,



where you draw out what a role actually requires — including the unstated expectations a job description never captures — and translate it into a exact brief and assessment plan. Get this right and everything downstream lands; get it wrong and the pilot drifts.
What You'll Do
Lead the hiring-manager context interview — the consultative, often C-suite-level conversation where you surface the real, frequently unstated requirements of a role and convert them into a precise brief and assessment plan.
Earn the trust of senior stakeholders quickly and leave them confident that Ratch understands their need better than they articulated it.
Configure assessment plans on Ratch for each pilot role, translating the context you gathered into a structured evaluation.
Run end-to-end pilot and onboarding delivery — set up the customer's workspace and get them live on Ratch.
Orchestrate the pilot across hiring-manager, HR, and C-suite stakeholders — keep it on track and clear blockers early.
