Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to own paid acquisition strategy and execution, primarily on Meta Ads, with working knowledge of Google Ads. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience scaling revenue for D2C/e-commerce brands, not just leads or traffic.

Platform focus: ~70% Meta Ads, ~30% Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and scale revenue-driven campaigns across Meta Ads (traffic, lead generation, and sales/conversion campaigns)
Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
Drive performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, contribution margin




Execute advanced audience strategies: lookalikes, interest stacks, broad targeting, retargeting cohorts
Continuously test creatives (UGC, static, video) and messaging angles to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with design and content teams on high-performing ad creatives
Optimize product feeds, catalog ads, and dynamic product ads (DPAs)
Analyze campaign performance, identify scaling opportunities, and improve efficiency
Work with website/UX teams to improve landing pages and checkout conversion rates
Manage ad budgets across multiple accounts for maximum revenue growth
Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, etc.)
Maintain basic campaign documentation and conduct competitor/market research

3–6 years of hands-on, dedicated experience running paid ad campaigns (not general social media management or "digital marketing" without a specific paid-ads componen
