? About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Intern who is interested in software sales and business development.
You will get hands-on experience in B2B sales, client meetings, lead generation, software demonstrations, and business development.
? Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through field visits.
Visit potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Introduce and explain our software solutions.
Conduct basic product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Generate leads through cold visits, networking, referrals and market research.
Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain daily visit and lead reports.
Update customer and sales information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales/technical team for product demos and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Work toward assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
? Who Can Apply?
Freshers and students interested in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting and speaking with new people.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Knowledge of English, Hindi and Bengali will be an advantage.
Own two-wheeler is preferred.
? Stipend & Incentives
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month
Performance Incentives: Additional incentives on successful lead conversion/sales
Travel Allowance: As per company policy
