About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the ability to work across digital, print, and branding projects. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting creative concepts, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs using robust principles of typography, layout, hierarchy, and grid systems.
Develop engaging designs for digital, print, social media, web, presentations, marketing collateral, and branding initiatives.
Create visually appealing concepts that align with brand identity and business objectives.
Present design concepts confidently and incorporate feedback effectively to refine creative outputs.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.




Participate in client discussions to understand business challenges and translate them into creative solutions.
Conduct design research and explore multiple creative directions before finalizing concepts.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Take ownership of assigned projects, proactively manage timelines, and deliver work with minimal follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

2 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with motion graphics and digital design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Figma, and Adobe XD is an added advantage.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and layout design.
