We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in printing, publication design and team management.
About the Role
This is not a conventional digital graphic-design position.
We are looking for someone who understands the complete process of taking a book from content and design to final printed output.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of professional experience, preferably in book publishing, printing, newspapers, magazines or another print-intensive industry.




You should be highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and understand how design decisions affect the final printed product — including paper quality, colour reproduction, image quality, typography, layout, finishing and pre-press requirements.
Most importantly, you should have the experience to look at a design on screen and understand what it will actually look like once it comes out of the printer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop coffee-table books, biographies, personalised books and premium publications.
Handle complete book layouts using Adobe InDesign.
Translate editorial content, photographs and other source material into visually compelling book pages.
Prepare artwork that is technically correct and ready for print.
Review designs from both a creative and print-production perspective.
Understand and manage CMYK, colour profiles, bleed, margins, resolution, image quality, print-ready PDFs and pre-press
