Job Summary

Brandzone is looking for an energetic and responsible *Digital Marketing Manager* with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for the agency and its clients.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, planning digital marketing activities, coordinating with the creative team, managing social media and advertising campaigns, and ensuring timely delivery of all client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have valuable client communication skills, practical digital marketing knowledge, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
* Communicate with clients through calls, meetings, email, and WhatsApp.
* Understand client businesses, objectives, target audiences, and marketing requirements.
* Collect clear briefs from clients and convert them into actionable tasks.
* Explain campaign plans, content ideas, reports, and recommendations to clients.




* Share regular updates and follow up for content, information, feedback, and approvals.
* Handle client queries, revisions, and concerns professionally.
* Build and maintain positive long-term client relationships.

Digital Marketing Planning

* Prepare monthly digital marketing plans based on client objectives.
* Develop social media strategies, campaign ideas, content themes, and promotional plans.
* Conduct basic competitor and market research.
* Suggest suitable digital marketing solutions to increase reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, and conversions.
* Ensure all marketing activities follow the client’s brand guidelines.

Social Media Management

* Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
* Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
* Plan static posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories, campaigns, and festival creatives
