Full Stack Developer (Java Backend & UI Development) Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in
backend engineering and contemporary UI development to design, develop, and deliver
scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience building production-grade software solutions using Java-based
technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern
front-end frameworks. This role requires collaboration across product, business,
and engineering teams in an Agile environment to drive innovative solutions from
concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with a
strong focus on backend services and user interface development.
* Contribute directly to bringing software solutions to production by
participating in architecture, development, deployment, and support
activities.




* Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using
Java and related technologies.
* Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern
UI frameworks and technologies.
* Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging microservices,
containerization, orchestration, and distributed system patterns.
* Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and
development teams to translate business requirements into technical
solutions.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning,
daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
* Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement robust
solutions to improve system stability and performance.
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software
engineering principles.
