Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune Division for the position of Operation Head. The Operation Head will oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient organizational workflows and optimal patient care delivery. Responsibilities include managing teams,



streamlining operational processes, handling budgets, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, addressing operational challenges promptly, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
Proven experience in Team Management and Communication
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
Previous experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an advantage
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling organizational challenges
