About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Develop custom business logic, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and platform events.
Configure Salesforce features, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, Permission Sets, and Profiles.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms.
Develop reusable and maintainable components following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.




Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and maintain application quality.
Participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, estimations, and release activities. Support deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements and best practices.
