We are looking for a skilled and experienced Junior Advocate with 7–12 years of professional experience in litigation and legal drafting. The ideal candidate should have robust practical exposure to court proceedings, case management, legal research, pleadings, and drafting of various legal documents. This role requires an individual with sound legal judgment, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to independently manage litigation-related responsibilities.
The candidate will work closely with senior advocates and legal teams on litigation matters, assist in developing case strategies, represent clients before appropriate judicial and quasi-judicial forums, and ensure timely preparation and filing of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters from initial case assessment through hearings, proceedings, and resolution.
Conduct detailed legal research on applicable laws, regulations, precedents,



judgments, and case-specific legal issues.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, petitions, written statements, rejoinders, affidavits, applications, notices, replies, agreements, and other court-related documents.
Prepare case briefs, legal opinions, arguments, submissions, and hearing notes for senior advocates and clients.
Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities, as required.
Assist in developing effective litigation strategies based on facts, applicable law, evidence, and judicial precedents.
Monitor case proceedings, court dates, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements to ensure timely action.
Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, external counsel, court officials, and other stakeholders.
