Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.





Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be SDR activities, specifically ABM-based outbound lead generation, while also handling parts of the micro/SMB sales cycle.
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage high-value outbound prospects.
Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Manage and navigate the end-to-end sales cycle for micro and SMB segments.
Identify client needs and present appropriate workforce management solutions to prospective stakeholders.
Set up high-quality meetings or calls between prospective enterprise clients and Account Executives.
Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results and outbound lead generation metrics.

Requirements:
1 to 3 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sale
