Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote Panamera’s event services and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.



The role also involves coordinating with the events and operations teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements, maintaining detailed sales records, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive will represent the brand at industry events, network to expand the client base, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Client relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver excellent customer service.
Communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal communication, persuasive pitching, and professional email and proposal writing.
Negotiation and contract management abilities, with attention to detail in pricing, terms, and service scope.
