JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-calibre candidate for the role of Senior Manager – Sales to drive commercial growth. Based out of Hyderabad,
this individual will own the complete B2B sales lifecycle for complex, capital-intensive engineering hardware (Subsystems, Payloads & Satellite buses/platforms) and Satellite missions across domestic and international markets.
This role requires a unique hybrid of deep engineering understanding and high-stakes commercial acumen. You will navigate long (12–24 month) technical sales cycles, interface with CTOs, technical committees, and procurement executives, and manage high-value bid proposals.
Note: This is an industrial hardware and deep-tech engineering sales role; software, IT, or service sales backgrounds will not fit our requirements.
