Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development professional with extensive experience in selling technology products and services to banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid industry network, a proven track record of enterprise sales, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships within the BFSI sector.

Key Requirements
• Proven track record of successfully selling products and services to banks and financial institutions,
consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
across banks in India and international markets.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and manage the
complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Expertise in preparing compelling business proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and solution
pitches tailored to client requirements.




• Strong understanding of banking technology, banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital
transformation initiatives within the BFSI industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads within the banking and financial services sector to build a strong
business pipeline.
• Engage with CXOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and position suitable solutions.
• Conduct pre-sales discussions, client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to develop customised proposals and
winning solutions that address client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close high-value deals, and establish long-term strategic partnerships
with banking clients.
