Regional Field Marketing Manager - International Markets

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to own and drive regional marketing programs across the international markets. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for translating GTM strategy into integrated field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and improve customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in international B2B SaaS marketing, understands regional buying behaviours, and has successfully partnered with Sales to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Regional GTM Strategy
Own the field marketing strategy and execution for the international region, aligned with regional revenue goals and business priorities.
Build quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with Sales leadership to support pipeline generation and market expansion.
Identify priority accounts, industries,



and market opportunities to maximize regional growth.
Demand Generation & ABM
Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and outbound programs.
Partner closely with Sales to develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic enterprise accounts.
Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline while continuously optimizing campaign performance.
Events & Partner Marketing
Lead end-to-end execution of regional events, executive roundtables, customer meetups, conferences, and webinars.
Collaborate with technology partners, industry associations, and channel partners on joint GTM initiatives and co-marketing programs.
Ensure strong event ROI through effective planning, execution, and post-event pipeline conversion.
