Job Title: Jr Compliance Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Executive to manage our day-to-day EPF and ESI operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end statutory data management, generating ESI numbers, and ensuring total adherence to government compliance timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
EPF & ESI Administration: Handle complete EPF scheme activities, including current employee registrations, UAN generation/linking, and ESI insurance number creation.
Compliance Data Management: Maintain, update, and audit employee statutory records to ensure 100% accuracy for monthly filings and return.
Statutory Execution: Support the timely computation and processing of monthly EPF and ESI contribution.
Query Resolution: Assist employees with EPF/ESI queries,
transfer requests, and claim processing
Audit Support: Ensure standard operating procedures are followed to keep the organization audit-ready at all time
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling EPF and ESI operations.
Language preference: Hindi and English - Fluent
Data Handling: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for managing large employee datasets.
Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of Indian labor laws, PF/ESI regulations, and statutory compliance schedules.
Education: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
