What is this role all about?
We are looking for a Space & Experiential Designer who can transform brand
ideas into memorable physical experiences.
The role involves designing spaces and installations across retail,
shop-in-shop formats, exhibitions, expos, pop-ups, events and brand
activations. The ideal candidate should understand how people interact with
a space and be able to create environments that are visually impactful, functional and immersive.
This is not just a retail fixture design role. We are looking for someone who can
think conceptually,
build strong spatial narratives and translate a brand’s
identity into meaningful real-world experiences.
Must have qualifications
2–5 years of experience in experiential design, spatial design, exhibition design, retail design or environmental design, with a strong portfolio of executed physical spaces.
Proven experience designing expos, exhibitions, pop-ups, brand activations and immersive retail environments, with a transparent understanding of customer journey, interaction and storytelling through space.
Hands-on experience creating Shop-in-Shop (SIS) concepts, Free-Standing Units (FSUs), kiosks, product displays, standees, podiums and branded installations.
Strong ability to take a project from concept to execution, including layouts, zoning, moodboards, 3D visualisations, renders, technical drawings and production detailing.
Valuable understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, lighting, finishes, signage and structural feasibility.
